West Funding, Inc. is a full-service mortgage brokerage firm that
specializes in multi-family, commercial and single-family financing.
While we don't currently have a formal wholesale division,
between 15 and 20% of our business is originated by Mortgage
Brokers. How can we work together?
Most construction, multi-family and commercial loans are sufficiently complex to require Venture West to work directly with your client. There are just too many critical points at which communication can breakdown, cause miscommunications and delays, which leave clients dissatisfied with our/your service or jeopardize the loan altogether.
When we work together we first begin
by covering three
points;
1) your client remains your client despite our working
directly with them on this or future transactions,
2) We each understand what the responsibilities of one
another are during the transaction
3) You are paid directly thought the escrow closing at the
time of recording.
These three points are formalized with the use of the following documents;

How do we begin? Call or email us with as many details your transaction as possible so that we can generate a formal summary with which you can determine if the terms are acceptable to you and your client. Our pricing is very competitive with traditional wholesale lending. Brokers generally find our terms acceptable, allowing them to price the loan to their benefit as well as our.
Once you have indicated the summary is acceptable we will prepare the three basic forms so that you will in turn feel comfortable putting us in contact with your client.
